Review plan, seats, trial status, invoices, payment details, and what happens when a trial ends.
Only organisation owners can see Billing. Open Settings, then Billing. The card shows plan, price, portal seats, session warning, billing email, trial status, and subscription status.
Portal seats are AvdControl operator seats, not AVD end-user licences. The session warning is a product limit or warning threshold for concurrent AVD sessions shown in the console.
If self-serve billing is enabled and the organisation is linked to Stripe, Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal. Use that portal for payment cards, invoice history, and subscription changes.
If the card says self-serve billing is not enabled or there is no Stripe customer yet, contact AvdControl to change plan, seats, billing email, or payment details.
When a trial ends, normal console sections are limited so the owner can review billing and restore access. Operators who try to sign in see a trial-ended message.
Choose a plan and add payment details, or contact AvdControl if billing is managed manually. Restoring billing access does not change Azure host pools or operator roles.
